The deadly Pacific Typhoon Haiyan, one of the strongest storms in history, has leveled hundreds of homes and forced hundreds of thousands of residents to evacuate to emergency shelters as it hit the shores of the Philippines, bringing with it mudslides, flash flooding and winds of over 200 mph. Millions of residents in the Philippines have been displaced and survivors are in desperate need of safe drinking water and food supplies. Communications, electricity and water supplies have been compromised and relief is urgently needed.
