Officially formed in 2010, the Eric De La Cruz Hope for Hearts Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to assist in meeting the financial needs of heart transplant patients around the United States. The Foundation is based in California but seeks to assist heart transplant patients and their families throughout the country.
